Skill Scans List

The Skill Scans List report lists learners who have upcoming or completed skill scans in a date range.

Parameters

• Show skill scan completions on or after / before - The report will include skill scans where the skill scan completed date is in this date range. Note that skill scans that are not yet completed ignore this date range.

• Show skill scans scheduled on or after / before - The report will include skill scans where the skill scan scheduled date is in this date range. Note that completed skill scans must also have their scheduled date in this range to be included.

• Only show active learner modules - When set to Yes, only skill scans for active modules (i.e. those without a module completion date) will be included.

• Only show completed skill scans - Toggles between showing only completed skill scans and showing all skill scans.

• Assessor types - The learner-to-assessor link types to use.

Layout

The report lists learners with scheduled skill scans in the specified date range.

Clicking on the Skill Scan Completed Date will show details of the skill scan and the criteria scores, as well as the scores from the previous skill scan and the change in score.
